A thoughtful reflection starts with trust.

AI Elevate 360 is run by Leon McQuade personally, from Hull in the United Kingdom, who is responsible for your information. It uses your name and email to create a workshop session and manage the diagnostic allowance. Your role, selected tasks and written answers are stored with your report.

Three services handle this information for us: Vercel hosts the app, Supabase stores the database in London, and Kie.ai provides the AI processing described below.

What the AI receives

When you generate a roadmap, your role, industry, organisation context, tasks, hours and written answers are sent to Kie.ai for AI processing. Name and email fields are excluded from that request. Do not include confidential, sensitive or identifying client information in your answers.

Your draft and reports

Your draft is saved in this browser tab with a two-hour expiry. Your sign-in session lasts two hours. Reports saved on the server are available through that session; use Print / save PDF or download your session data before signing out. Signing out clears your local draft but does not delete server records.

How long we keep it

Your report, sign-up details and consent choices are deleted automatically 12 months after the report was created. You can ask for them to be deleted sooner at any time using the contact details below.

Marketing is your choice

Workshop updates are optional. We record your choice, the wording shown and the time you made it. Choosing not to receive marketing does not prevent you from using the diagnostic.

To see, correct or delete your information, or to ask anything about how it is used, email privacy@docaio.co.uk or message @LeonMcQuade on LinkedIn. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK supervisory authority, at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
